Measures 66 & 67 Pass: Thanks for your hard work!

PSJ was one of 250 organizations, including unions, small business owners, education advocates and civil rights groups, that formed the Vote Yes for Oregon coalition. Together, these organizations ensured that funding for education, healthcare and public safety wouldn't face debilitating cuts in the upcoming legislative session.

Measures 66 & 67, which will raise the marginal income taxes on the wealthiest of Oregonians and corporations, passed easily Tuesday night with 56 percent of the vote. This marks the first time Oregonians have passed a statewide tax measure since 1931.

PSJ members made over a thousand phone calls during the campaign and knocked on hundreds of doors. Thank you for all of your hard work!!
