OR: PSJ Op Ed in Statesman Journal

On July 27, the Salem Statesman Journal ran an opinion article opposing extreme isolation in segregation units written by Prison Program Director Caylor Roling. Extreme Isolation in Prisons is Never Justifiable was written in response to the many suicides that have occurred in Disciplinary Segregation and Intensive Management Units in the Oregon Department of Corrections.
